Menu Monday

Breakfasts:
eggs, turkey/soy bacon,
yogurt, granola, fruit,
cereal



Lunches:
salads topped with tuna, chicken or salmon
sliced turkey, provolone cheese slices
sliced roast beef, provolone cheese
Mexican pizza



Dinner :
Broiled fish, sauteed spinach
Roasted chicken, zucchini
Chili, brown rice
Lime jalapeno chicken with citrus salsa, yogurt with cinnamon
Grilled Steak, broccoli
Salmon, spinach salad
Leftovers


Snacks:
edamame,celery with almond butter, cottage cheese, yogurt, fruit
